January this year was Thala Pongal with
director Siva's 'Veeram', and 2015 will also have Thala Pongal with
Gautam Vasudev Menon's 'Yennai Arindhaal'. Given that the producer of
'Yennai Arindhaal' is a devout Sai Baba devotee, he wanted the teaser of
the movie to release on a Thursday. November 27th was fixed, but the
teaser did not make it to the audience, as some work still remained
pending in the teaser. Spokesperson for the 'Yennai Arindhaal' team
promised that the film's teaser will come out next week. It is
anticipated that the teaser will be released on December 4th, but
official confirmation on this awaited. Further, there is some work still
pending on the movie as the whole, too.
Meanwhile, Ajith has signed his 56th with
Siva, teaming up with him once again, after 'Veeram'. Shooting for this
film will commence soon after the release of 'Yennai Arindhaal'. But
contrary to his 'Veeram' look, the upcoming project with Siva will have
him sport a slim and fit look. For this, he has already become an
out-and-out vegetarian, eating only greens and fruits all three times a
day. He has already lost 3 kilos, despite work still being pending in
